All age groups will commence racing at 10 a.m. Prize money will be awarded; refer to the program for full details.

Age groups are effective from the rider’s age on 1 September 2024. Riders can ride in their relevant age group/section and in the next age group up (e.g., Billy is 14 and new to SHA events, so he enters the Novice-Junior section and U15 age group). Billy can also elect to ride in the U18 age group. He cannot enter the Open age group.

To compete, all non-SHA members must become a ‘day member’ of Bethanga Gymkhana Inc, by coming to the horse tent and paying $1 membership fee.
